The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving client standards while using CCMS, XML editors, and DITA/XML workflows.

Formación

• 15+ years of technical writing experience with the role as primary function.
• Ability to research and extract technical data from SMEs and engineers.
• Proficient in DITA/XML and content management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee large content sets and define the information model to simplify authoring.
• Lead multi-project documentation efforts from planning to publication.
• Mentor junior writers and ensure adherence to client and Contiem standards.
• Create and update product manuals, SOPs, and online help resources.
