Job summary

E Logic is seeking a Technical Writer to prepare, edit, and maintain technical documents for the United States Capitol Police, Office of Information Systems. You will work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment with standards.

The role is hybrid in Washington, DC with two days onsite and three days telework after a two-month acclimation. Minimum five years' technical writing and desktop publishing experience, plus a Bachelor's degree, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of technical writing and desktop publishing experience.
• Onsite work in Washington, DC (2 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and maintain technical documents such as manuals, guides, training materials, and reports.
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure documents are accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Support document review, updates, and publishing processes.
• Interface with the Document Workflow System to ensure proper routing, review, and completion of all required sign-offs.
