Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical writing and desktop publishing experience.
• Ability to coordinate with subject matter experts for technical accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to support document review, revision, routing, publishing, and approval workflows.
• Ability to work within a Document Workflow System and maintain organized document versions and status information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and maintain technical documents, manuals, guides, training materials, reports, and procedural documentation.
• Review and update technical content to keep documents accurate and aligned with standards.
• Organize and format technical information for publication and distribution.
• Coordinate document review, updates, routing, and required approvals.
• Interface with the Document Workflow System to support routing and sign-offs.
• Track document status through review and approval processes.
