Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's with relevant experience in technical writing for federal IT programs.
• Experience creating user guides, administrator guides, SOPs, and training materials for security/cloud platforms.
• Ability to tailor content for agency IT staff and CIO-level executives.
• Strong command of grammar, style, and technical English; translate complex data security and AI governance concepts into plain language.
• Familiarity with document management tools and version control (e.g., M365 SharePoint, Confluence, GitLab).
• Knowledge of FISMA, NIST SP 800-series, FedRAMP, and federal contracting deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the compliance reporting and dashboard package across three reporting tiers.
• Lead creation and maintenance of program deliverables requiring written documentation.
• Produce administrator guides and runbooks for Wiz Federal DSPM platform.
• Document GitLab CI/CD pipeline gates and enforcement playbooks for DevSecOps teams.
• Author end-user documentation and training for ServiceNow SMP remediation workflows.
• Document UGAP API service broker governance procedures and onboarding steps.
• Translate technical information from engineers into clear documents for AWS CloudWatch and S3 outputs.
• Support knowledge transfer for USPTO staff to perform routine DSPM policy tuning and admin tasks.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Agile Team Leads to track deliverables across three teams.
