You will drive planning and standards, mentor junior writers, and support localization with content strategy for international releases. Proficiency in FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, XML-based CMS, and Jira/Confluence is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in technical writing for Embedded/IoT devices.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence; MS Word expertise.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage documentation sets including API guides, SDK docs, manuals.
• Work with engineering, product, support, QA to gather information and align with development cycles.
• Drive documentation planning, content architecture, and updates with product releases.
• Review and edit documentation created by others for quality and consistency.
• Mentor junior writers and provide guidance on style and accuracy.
• Assist in defining standards, templates, and localization workflows.
