You will collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to ensure clarity and compliance, mentoring junior writers and shaping documentation standards.

Responsibilities include creating API guides, SDK docs, manuals, and training content, while leveraging FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, InDesign and other tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4 year degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• Primary responsibility: create, edit, and maintain technical docs for Embedded/IoT hardware.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to accurately explain complex products.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage API guides, SDK docs, and reference manuals.
• Review and edit others’ docs for quality and consistency.
• Mentor junior writers on best practices and style.
