What’s the opportunity?

We're seeking a skilled Senior Technical Writer to join our team and elevate our documentation quality. In this role, you'll create clear, comprehensive, user-friendly documentation for our software products, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

About the role:

As our Senior Technical Writer, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our product documentation. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation
• Collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Continuously improving documentation processes and standards
• Peer reviewing other writers' work and providing constructive feedback
• Mentoring junior writers

About you:

• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Demonstrated experience writing software documentation using a docs-as-code approach
• Experience with writing API Documentation
• Knowledge of structured documentation and technical writing best practices, particularly DITA and topic-based authoring
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Strong collaboration and communication ability
