Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations management/compliance.
• Proven training design, development, and delivery experience.
• Safety minded with technical training experience in Gas, Electrical, or Water Operations.

• Plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs.
• Manage Operator Qualification Plan and compliance with regulatory policies.
• Coordinate training for Operations personnel and outside stakeholders.
