Job summary

You will consult with supervisors, analyze needs, design programs, and support ROI through training effectiveness. Travel is approximately 25-50%, and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business plus 5 years of gas-operations training experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years gas-operations training experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis, support the design of training programs, implement programs, and support ROI determination.
• Develop and perform all initial and compliance-related technical training for new and current employees.
• Investigate technical issues and monitor training effectiveness to improve operations.
• Research SOPs, JPs, and related procedures; recommend changes as needed.
• Analyze technical operations trends and propose new practices, training, and equipment improvements.
• Maintain training support and contractor databases and track employee training completions.
• Provide presentations to leadership, employees, and customers; create visual displays as needed.
• Stay aware of industry trends for adoption at PNG.
