Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of training or relevant technical experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work in classroom and field settings.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with adult learning theories and instructional design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers complex technical training programs across work practices, technology, and quality.
• Conducts needs assessments and evaluates training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Monitors feedback, identifies skill gaps, and measures retention of learned material.
• Assists in evaluating and purchasing training materials; supports vendor management.
