Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Journeyman status in technical area of expertise (Wisconsin) preferred.
• 5 years of experience in training and/or a technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, develops, and delivers complex technical training programs for standardization of work practices and use of technology.
• Conducts training needs assessments and evaluates program effectiveness; suggests improvements.
• Identifies skill gaps, measures retention, and participates in evaluation and purchase of training materials.
• Engages in other duties that support Alliant Energy's values and help deliver the company purpose.
