Honeywell seeks a Senior Customer Experience Management Professional - Technical Trainer to develop and deliver technical training for customers in water, natural gas, and electric utilities. The role reports to the Manager of Solutions Projects and operates from Raleigh, NC on a hybrid schedule.

You will create learning materials, facilitate various training formats, and collaborate with field service, engineering, and customers to improve technical proficiency and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training or related fields.
• Experience in at least one utility industry: water, natural gas, electric utilities.
• Experience delivering technical instruction and developing training materials.
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Organizational and cross-team collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers in water, natural gas, and electric utilities.
• Create and maintain training materials, presentations, guides, and hands-on resources.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and on-site training to educate customers on equipment and procedures.
• Assess training needs and develop learning strategies to improve knowledge and efficiency.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, practical instruction for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with customers, field service, engineering, and SMEs to ensure training quality.
• Provide technical guidance on system functionality, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and performance metrics.
• Maintain training records and competency documentation per procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve content and delivery for better customer experience.
• Support deployments and upgrades through customer education.
• Coordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics and report progress to leadership.
