Responsibilities

Design training classes and develop training content based on input from various functions.
Stay up to date with changing compressor technology, including electrical updates, panel updates, and regulatory changes.
Subject matter expert for specific compressor package components.
Identify technical training gaps and develop content to address gaps.
Collaborate with an instructional designer to tailor delivery to adult learners and hands-on activities.
Maintain and update training methods with new teaching techniques.
Collect feedback and update class content post-training.
Develop assessments to verify knowledge transfer and skill competency for each class.
Maintain training completion records and LMS data accuracy.
Manage and maintain training equipment.
Travel 50-75% of the time.
