Kodiak Gas Services is seeking a Power Technical Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and continuously improve technical training programs for the Power generation business. The role combines curriculum development with hands-on instruction to support technician development, safety, and fleet reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Education, or related field; 7+ years in power generation ops/maintenance/reliability.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training programs; familiarity with curriculum design, assessments, and certification standards.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical training materials and learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Kodiak's Power training program.
• Assess training needs across Operations, Engineering, EHS, Fleet, and Reliability.
• Deliver instructor-led, hands-on, virtual, and field-based training sessions.
• Evaluate learner performance through diverse assessments and provide coaching to leaders.
• Maintain training records, track completion, and report KPIs for workforce readiness.
