Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to lead adoption of the Enterprise Health Platform. You will develop training programs, documentation, and self-service resources for internal and external users, working with product, implementation, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in technical training, instructional design, or learning and development.
• Healthcare payer/health plan/TPA/claims administration or healthcare tech background preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims processing workflows across medical, dental, vision; pharmacy knowledge a plus.
• Experience delivering technical training programs for enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools like Scribe, Articulate, Jira, Confluence and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full training lifecycle from needs analysis to content development and delivery.
• Create and maintain engaging training materials, guides, and eLearning for the Unified Claims Processing platform.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions using varied learning methods.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and stakeholders to tailor role-based training.
• Develop expertise across medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision lines of business.
• Support client onboarding with training, guidance, troubleshooting, and education.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of LMS and self-service learning resources.
