Judi Health is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to drive adoption of its Enterprise Health Platform. You will create training programs and resources for both clients and internal users, ensuring understanding of evolving capabilities and workflows.
You will deliver sessions, develop materials for medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision workflows, and partner with product, implementation, and ops teams to tailor role-based learning experiences. This is a full-time role with travel up to 5-10%.
The Senior Technical Trainer will play a key role in driving successful adoption of Judi Health’s Enterprise Health Platform, supporting clients who administer medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision benefits through a unified claims processing experience. This individual will develop and deliver training programs, documentation, and self-service learning resources for both internal and external users, while maintaining a deep understanding of Judi’s evolving capabilities and workflows. Working closely with product, implementation, and operational teams, the Sr. Technical Trainer will help ensure users are equipped to effectively utilize the platform through comprehensive education, onboarding support, and role-based learning experiences.
