Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to drive adoption of its Enterprise Health Platform. You will create training programs and resources for both clients and internal users, ensuring understanding of evolving capabilities and workflows.

You will deliver sessions, develop materials for medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision workflows, and partner with product, implementation, and ops teams to tailor role-based learning experiences. This is a full-time role with travel up to 5-10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years in technical training or L&D.
• Experience in healthcare payer/claims environment preferred.
• Experience delivering training for enterprise software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full training lifecycle from needs analysis to training delivery.
• Develop training materials including guides, job aids, videos, eLearning, and SOPs.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and operations teams to tailor content.
• Build expertise across medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision within the platform.
• Support onboarding and client implementation with training and guidance.
• Maintain and improve LMS and self-service learning resources.
