ARB Interactive, a dynamic social gaming startup, is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Partner to enhance recruitment processes and build diverse high-performing teams. This role encompasses full-cycle recruitment focused on software engineering within a remote-first environment, ensuring a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.

We're seeking a Senior Technical Talent Partner to drive our next phase of growth. This isn't your typical recruiter role – you'll own full-cycle recruitment across the organization, with a special focus on technical recruitment. In our remote-first environment, you'll shape our talent strategy, track industry trends, and identify exceptional candidates both within and beyond the gaming industry. You'll need to be highly autonomous, creative in your sourcing approaches, and passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and gaming industry roles, with a focus on software engineering and development positions relative to web based gaming/platform/and mobile gaming apps
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn to build robust candidate pipelines
Partner consultatively with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and culture fit
Participate in technical recruiting events and maintain active industry presence.
Lead diversity-focused initiatives, including developing partnerships with organizations like Women in Tech and maintaining relationships with diverse talent communities
Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes as we scale, including assisting with project management and implementation of new ATS, and acting as backup to Head of Talent.
Maintain data-driven approach to recruitment, providing regular pipeline updates and insights
Stay current with market trends and compensation benchmarks to ensure competitive advantage
Collaborate with leadership on innovative hiring strategies that align with growth goals
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences through clear, proactive communication and efficient process management
Qualifications & Skills:
4-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in technical recruitment
Proven track record of successfully closing technical hires with a fast growing technology company
Strong technical acumen with ability to evaluate technical qualifications
Experience with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
Expert relationship builder with strong networking abilities
Data-driven approach to pipeline management and recruiting metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Social casino, gaming, or similar relevant industry recruitment experience highly preferred
Experience working in a remote-first environment (multi-state and international experience a plus)
Strong track record of direct sourcing for hard-to-fill technical positions
