Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for software, firmware, mechanical and other technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers to craft effective strategies, build candidate pipelines, and drive a superior candidate experience across national and local efforts.

You will leverage advanced sourcing methods including social channels, referrals, job fairs, and campus events, while expanding diverse talent engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or HR or related field required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience for software/engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of tech landscape and ability to speak with engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers to present effective recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and build pipelines for software and technical roles.
• Maximize candidate channels: social media, referrals, job fairs, networks.
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience through communication and process.
• Participate in in-person recruiting events and campus fairs.
• Create sourcing plans to attract diverse candidates.
• Post jobs to standard and niche boards like LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Other duties as assigned.
