SSOE, Inc. is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full cycle recruiting for highly technical roles in the Semiconductor and Advanced Technology markets. You’ll partner with project managers, discipline leaders, and HR to define requirements, source top talent, and manage offers while ensuring a strong candidate experience. This in-demand role calls for strategic sourcing, quick decisions, and precise execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience in engineering/technical environments.
• Experience recruiting for specialized roles (semiconductor, advanced technology, mission-critical infra).
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with hiring teams and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting for technical, professional, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and realistic hiring timelines.
• Source passive and active candidates via networking, referrals, and targeted searches.
• Conduct candidate screens focused on technical fit, motivation, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes and provide timely feedback.
• Support compensation discussions with market data and internal equity considerations.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and generate funnel/metrics reports.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across engineering and project delivery.
