Job summary

Econolite is seeking a Technical Support Professional II in Anaheim, CA to provide world-class technical support for our Traffic Controller, Detection, and Cabinet products to field staff and partners.

The role requires a technical degree and 5+ years' experience with traffic management systems; familiarity with Linux, VxWorks, and Windows, plus IP networking. Travel within the United States is possible.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Civil (transportation) or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years installing and troubleshooting traffic management systems and equipment.
• Experience configuring and using traffic controllers and understanding signal timing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for Econolite traffic controller, cabinet, and detection products.
• Analyze, document, investigate, and resolve customer issues with timely communication.
• Collaborate with sales and field personnel to assist with technical requirements and product specifications.
• Assist internal/external product training and contribute to technical notes and manuals.
