Econolite Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Representative to provide technical support to local and regional sales offices across Maryland.

You will install, troubleshoot, and advise on Econolite hardware and software, with a focus on traffic systems at cabinet level and related documentation. The role requires five years of electronics experience, IMSA Level 2 certification within 3 months, and strong communication skills to interact with contractors and agencies.

Qualifications

Must read, analyze, and interpret electronic schematics, engineering drawings, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
IMSA Traffic Signal Field Technician certification (IMSA Level 2) within 3 months of hire.
Experience in traffic industry and strong technical aptitude.
Proficient with common office software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Provide advice and information to Contractors and Agencies regarding Econolite products.
Install and troubleshoot traffic hardware/software at cabinet level; assist sales with technical leads.
Train and mentor Field Support Representatives; support field operations and events.
Maintain safety and professional standards while traveling within the district.
