Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
• 3 years of technical experience related.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical theory including AC/DC power fundamentals.
• Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from dealer technicians, providing support for complex inquiries.
• Document interactions and troubleshooting activities accurately and descriptively.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls-related, and operational issues with dealers.
• Perform on-site diagnostics and repair support as needed.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions for product failures.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians in warranty processes and systems.
• Serve as SME for generator, inverter, and energy storage troubleshooting cases.
