Job summary

EnerSys, a global leader in stored energy solutions, seeks a Technical Support Representative II to provide experienced remote support for power-electronics products in a help-desk environment. You will own cases from intake to resolution, document activities in CRM, and coordinate with Field Service and other teams.

The role emphasizes structured troubleshooting, clear case notes, and escalation when required. Office-based in Bellingham, WA.

Qualifications

Two-year degree or technical diploma or equivalent in a related field.
Three+ years of directly related experience in technical support, field-service, or troubleshooting power-electronic equipment.
Experience supporting customers or technicians in a help-desk or remote-support environment.

Responsibilities

Provide experienced technical support for assigned products in a help-desk and contact-center environment.
Maintain active availability in assigned 8x8 contact-center queues and respond to requests in a timely, professional manner.
Track and document technical incidents in Salesforce Alliance.
Own assigned cases from intake through resolution and closure, including follow-up and escalation when needed.
Document known issues and create knowledge-base articles.
