Qualifications
- 7+ years supporting industrial electrical and power systems in field service or engineering roles.
- Experience diagnosing complex electrical and control-system issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication for customer escalation and reporting.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Act as senior technical escalation point for mission-critical power systems.
- Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Provide on-site support, remote diagnostics, and customer communications.
- Develop technical training materials and guidance for customers and staff.
