Job summary

Stored Energy Systems (SENS) is seeking a Technical Customer Support Manager – Mission Critical Power to act as the senior technical authority for industrial DC power, battery charging, energy storage, and power conversion products. The role drives advanced technical leadership across customer support, field service, commissioning, warranty investigations, engineering, product management, and quality.

Qualifications

7+ years experience supporting industrial electrical systems or similar environments.
Experience troubleshooting complete industrial electrical systems including AC/DC power conversion and battery charging.
Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to travel 20–30%, including some international travel.

Responsibilities

Deliver clear, professional, technically accurate communication to customers and internal teams.
Serve as highest-level technical escalation point for complex Electrical Industrial Systems cases.
Lead root cause investigations and drive permanent corrective actions.
Own technical issues from escalation through final resolution.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
