Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in industrial machinery support.
• Experience reading schematics and resolving mechanical/electrical issues.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer equipment support via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Remotely troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems using schematics.
• Evaluate issues to determine remote vs on-site service requirements.
• Assist customers with machine operation, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, accessories, and warranty inquiries.
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on urgency and geography.
• Coach and mentor service team members to expand technical capabilities.
