Job summary

You will serve as escalation for complex mechanical/electrical issues, supporting Field Service Engineers, Customer Centers, and distributors with troubleshooting, documentation, and training.
The role emphasizes ownership of complex cases, strong communication, and collaboration across service, supply chain, sales, and finance.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in technical support or field service for industrial equipment.
- Technical apprenticeship or degree in mechanical/electrical domains.
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting, VSD/PLC is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own complex technical cases from intake to closure with complete evidence and clear documentation.
- Lead troubleshooting plans, analyze field data, and advise repair actions.
- Provide coaching and training to field personnel to improve first-time fix.
- Collaborate with service, supply chain, sales, and finance to ensure consistent service.
