Job summary

AspenTech seeks a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join the Supply Chain team in the United States. You will advise customers on production planning, scheduling, blending, and optimization, applying chemical engineering concepts and AspenTech tools.

You will deliver expert guidance, trainings, and pre-sales support, collaborating across teams to resolve complex issues and drive adoption of AspenTech solutions in downstream industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant engineering support experience.
• Strong understanding of Chemical Engineering principles.
• Experience with AspenTech Supply Chain software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to customers in production planning and optimization.
• Deliver trainings on AspenTech solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and escalate cross-functionally.
• Develop training materials for new releases.
• Conduct pre-sales consultations to identify business problems and articulate AspenTech's solutions.
• Build relationships and identify growth opportunities with customers.
