Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles.
Experience with AspenTech Supply chain software is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex technical issues for customers using AspenTech solutions.
Deliver expert guidance and trainings on PIMS, Scheduling & Blending Optimization.
Provide pre-sales consultations and articulate product value to prospects.
Develop training materials and conduct mid/advanced level classes.
Collaborate across functions to drive customer success and growth.
