Responsibilities

• Perform escalations, fleet performance testing, system installations, training, documentation generation, and participate in special projects.
• Train and provide guidance to other Technical Support Engineers and Yield Control Technology Engineers.
• Ensure field implementation and compliance by creating documentation for upgrades, maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Create and present system performance data and reports, including availability and MTBF metrics.
• Travel required up to 50% to support Hitachi High-Tech America's products at customer sites in Oregon.
