You will troubleshoot across the Alloy platform, contribute to internal tooling, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve support readiness. This hybrid role offers on-site collaboration twice weekly and quarterly in-person offsites.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of technical support experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
