Job summary

Alloy Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Success Manager, Partnerships, to own technical relationships with key integration partners and drive adoption of Alloy solutions. You will scope use cases, provide architectural guidance, and partner with PAMs, product, and engineering to maximize client value.

This hybrid role requires being onsite three days a week at our Union Square, Manhattan HQ, with collaboration across channels, product, and services to scale partner success.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience supporting, implementing, and growing strategic partner relationships in a technical, partner-facing role.
• Primary technical point of contact for strategic partners, aligning capabilities with business goals.
• Experience scoping and solutioning API integrations and system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for Alloy partners, enabling independent implementation and ongoing optimization.
• Design and execute complex partner-led implementations with architectural guidance and reusable patterns.
• Standardize recurring motions into repeatable frameworks and scalable operating models.
• Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and identify technical risks and adoption opportunities.
• Analyze implementation trends and drive time-to-value improvements for partner-delivered work.
• Develop technical enablement programs and implementation playbooks to grow partner self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate with Channel Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support to improve experiences.
• Stay current on Alloy's platform capabilities and translate insights into actionable guidance.
