INNIO Group is seeking an Advanced Technical Support Specialist to join its global Technical Support team. The role focuses on troubleshooting INNIO Jenbacher gas engines and related systems, delivering remote and onsite assistance to customers across the Americas, and supporting field service operations from Houston, TX.

Candidates bring 5+ years in technical service, strong problem‑solving, and experience with diagnostic tools, PLCs, and control systems.

Qualifications

• Candidate has strong technical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in mechanical/electrical engineering disciplines preferred.
• Understanding of gas engine systems, controls, and PLCs required.

Responsabilités

• Provide first, second, and third level troubleshooting for INNIO Jenbacher engines and systems, remotely or onsite.
• Coordinate with customers and partners to evaluate site readiness and documentation accuracy.
• Support commissioning, start‑up, and maintenance activities for engines and accessories.
• Utilize global service tools and processes to improve resolution speed and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to service performance metrics and KPI reporting.
