INNIO Group in Houston, TX is seeking an Advanced Technical Support Specialist to deliver high-quality technical support for Jenbacher gas engines across the Americas. The role involves remote and on-site troubleshooting, commissioning support, and close collaboration with customers, distributors, and field teams.

The candidate will manage technical issues from first contact to resolution, participate in service events, and contribute to KPI reporting while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a technical role or field service with issue resolution focus
• Customer service experience in high-pressure environments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field
• INNIO Jenbacher training: Commissioning (mandatory)

Responsabilités

• Provide first to third level troubleshooting for INNIO Jenbacher gas engines and systems
• Support commissioning, start-up, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting of engines and generators
• Coordinate with customers, distributors, and service partners to ensure site readiness and document accuracy
• Manage cases from initial contact to final resolution, including dispatch and lessons learned
• Contribute to service performance metrics and KPI reporting
• Engage in knowledge sharing through service events and technical forums
• Support on-site and remote operations while ensuring safety and quality
