Candidates should have 3–5+ years in technical support, experience with Windows/Linux, networking, and APIs, and a track record of maintaining SLA-driven support with Salesforce/Jira/Confluence usage. Remote-friendly within the US.

• Provide post-sales technical support for Telestream’s DIVA Content Management.
