Telestream is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer – Content Management (DIVA) to provide post-sales technical support for archive solutions. You will diagnose issues across storage, tape libraries, and cloud targets, communicating with customers and collaborating with Engineering to resolve problems.

The role is technically oriented, not a call center, requires ensuring SLA targets, and involves on-call rotation to support Telestream's global customer base.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5+ years in technical support or related experience in B2B software/storage/media tech.
• Experience troubleshooting software on Windows and Linux; log analysis.
• Familiarity with APIs, REST services, and metadata formats.

Mansioni

• Provide post-sales technical support for Telestream's Content Management products, focused on DIVA.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across on-prem and cloud-connected archive deployments.
• Record cases in Salesforce and communicate clearly with customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Engineering for fixes, reproduce issues in labs, and escalate when needed.
