Job summary

Aventiv Technologies is seeking a Field Technician Support role in the United States. You will handle incoming calls, troubleshoot Aventiv systems, and document resolutions in the ticketing system.

You will provide remote support, monitor equipment, and follow escalation processes to ensure timely problem resolution. Strong communication and networking knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4–5 years experience in technical support/help desk in telecom/software.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and remote support.
• Experience with Linux/UNIX/QNX and SQL.
• Experience with POTS, DSL, cable modems, fiber, T1/MPLS circuits.

Responsibilities

• Document trouble tickets with steps and resolution details.
• Provide remote support to field technicians.
• Escalate / route issues per process and timelines.
• Monitor equipment and address network issues promptly.
• Mentor junior technicians and support escalation.
• Maintain daily ticket status updates and ownership.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
