Job summary

Amplitude is looking for a Senior Technical Success Manager to oversee customer deployment and ensure seamless adoption of its digital analytics platform. This role involves managing a portfolio of 10 accounts, leading deployment planning, and enhancing product engagement.

The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years in Customer Success and a strong ability to influence stakeholders, ensuring measurable outcomes and driving clients' value realization from the Amplitude platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar role.
• 3+ years leading enterprise software deployments with change management.
• 2+ years managing a portfolio of Strategic accounts.
• Experience co-owning renewals and expanding alongside a sales counterpart.
• Excellent communication skills influencing diverse roles.
• Expert-level project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of 10 accounts.
• Lead deployment planning and implementation across your book.
• Track and manage risks and issues across active deployments.
• Monitor portfolio health through AI-augmented signals.
• Drive product adoption through live sessions and showcasing capabilities.
• Maintain success plans tied to customer goals.
• Build and deliver executive business reviews connecting Amplitude usage to impact.
• Partner with Account Executives on renewals and expansion.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally.
• Continuously improve operations and develop playbooks.
