Job summary

Williams is seeking a Technical Specialist Sr to resolve complex oil & gas engineering problems, coordinate partners, and lead safety and compliance initiatives. You will review design documents, mentor others, and contribute to project planning.

Requires an associates degree plus 6 years in oil & gas; bachelor's degree preferred with 10+ years in field ops. API 510/570 certs, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel are expected. Hybrid/onsite roles and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years oil & gas experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field with 10+ years in field operations/construction.

Responsibilities

Performs moderately difficult assignments to ensure system integrity and pipeline operations.
Troubleshoots sophisticated problems using technical evaluation and judgment.
Develops, presents and trains internal/external partners; may mentor others.
Participates in project planning and collaborates with company partners.
Leads development and tasks related to operations, maintenance, standards, and governmental requirements.
Reads and evaluates engineering design documents, contracts and agreements.
