Job summary

HireArt is seeking a Sourcer to scale its technical talent pipeline for a ride-hailing company. You will develop talent maps and sourcing strategies for systems engineering roles, partnering with recruiters and stakeholders to meet talent needs.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of full-cycle sourcing experience, strong knowledge of engineering markets, and the ability to assess both technical and behavioral fit. This is a full-time, on-site contract in Foster City, CA.

Expected compensation: 62.31 USD Per Hour

HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Sourcer to scale its technical talent pipeline and serve as a force multiplier for the recruiting team.

In this role, you’ll develop talent maps and drive sourcing strategies for a diverse range of systems engineering roles. You’ll have the independence and ownership to develop pipeline-building strategies for the teams you support while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to meet evolving talent needs.

The ideal candidate is an experienced technical sourcer with strong knowledge of engineering talent markets and the ability to assess candidates for both technical aptitude and behavioral fit. You’re consultative, collaborative, and comfortable independently developing sourcing strategies while representing the company and engaging highly sought-after technical talent.

As a Sourcer, You'll

• Qualify and develop a strong understanding of job requirements.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical and behavioral fit.
• Build robust pipelines of engineering talent in partnership with recruiting teams to meet company needs and priorities.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years of full-cycle sourcing experience
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
• Strong technology and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills, talent markets, and companies within the industry
• Strong consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience recruiting or sourcing for systems or software engineering positions
• Experience sourcing within an agency or in-house recruiting environment
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership
