Job summary

Latitude AI, a Ford Motor Company subsidiary, seeks a Senior Technical Sourcer to own the top of the funnel for Autonomy, Machine Learning, and Executive roles. The contract is 1 year with potential for conversion, collaborating with Hiring Managers and the Senior Recruiting Manager to analyze market trends.

You will source passive talent, craft outreach campaigns, and manage a high-quality ATS pipeline while delivering data-driven insights on compensation dynamics and talent availability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning, Autonomous Vehicles or related hardware/software systems.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Findem for proactive talent outreach.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize sourcing efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Agile approach to screening and candidate evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Source passive talent using targeted, creative strategies across channels.
• Craft high-converting outreach campaigns and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Senior Recruiting Manager on market insights.
• Conduct initial technical screens to assess fit and technical depth.
• Ensure seamless hand-offs with detailed screen notes and ATS hygiene.
• Track pipeline metrics and optimize outreach channels for efficiency.
