Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical roles with senior customer engagement.
• 6+ years supporting business capture and written/oral responses.
• Experience crafting enterprise IT/network solutions for DoD/government.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-RFP capture activities and BD events.
• Craft compliant proposal responses and BOE/staffing models.
• Coordinate with proposal, pricing, and operations teams.
• Lead meetings and develop CONOPS, SWOT, and risk mitigations.
