Job summary

Philip Morris International in Wilson, NC seeks a Sr. Supervisor – Technical Services to plan, organize, and oversee maintenance to ensure the production plan meets objectives for cost, quality, safety and compliance.

Role requires 2–5 years in production/maintenance, leadership ability, and fluency in English. Integration with QA and Production is essential to uphold PMI standards and Open+/IOS safety culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in production or maintenance.
• Experience in Integrate Work Systems (IWS), DMS and related tools.
• Experience in leading, influencing and motivating others.
• MUST BE: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to PMI and legal standards related to EH&S.
• Promote safety culture and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Support QA and Production to manage non-conforming materials and products.
• Lead quality programs to prevent incidents and non-conformities.
• Coach team on IMS daily management systems and develop capabilities.
