Qualifications

• 8+ years in lubricants or related field.
• Strong knowledge of lubricants, oil industry standards and lab analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support on Castrol products and their application.
• Resolve technical problems and deliver training to internal staff and customers.
• Support sales/marketing with technical expertise and complaint resolution.
• Develop technical services and empower field teams through trainings.
• Assist with product trials, benchmarking, and new product launches.
