Job summary

Waystar, Inc. seeks a Sr. Technical Services Engineer I to deliver advanced tier 2 support across endpoints, OS, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools.

You will own complex incidents, coordinate with IT Infrastructure, Security, and vendors, and help shape standards and knowledge resources. Responsibilities include leading medium projects, enhancing asset lifecycle, and providing white-glove support for executives and stakeholders during events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT support or related technical operations experience.
• Experience resolving highly complex end-user technology issues and coordinating escalations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior escalation support for complex endpoint, OS, Microsoft 365, and network issues.
• Own issues through resolution, coordinating resources, vendors, and communications.
• Lead medium-sized Technical Services projects and drive documentation and standards.
