Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Authoritative expertise in building systems, energy management, and commissioning standards.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with mentoring experience.
• Ability to inform strategic business decisions and resolve execution constraints.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the ultimate technical authority and direction leader across all phases of the commissioning and development process.
• Integrates unified energy management solutions across complex, multidisciplinary project scopes.
• Maximizes project outcomes with a balance between constraints and required outcomes for TS organization.
• Identifies gaps in project execution and establishes SOPs and company-wide standards.
• Supports training, coaching, and mentorship of Technical Services staff.
• Collaborates with project managers and energy managers to ensure delivery of energy and operational performance outcomes.
• Handles highly complex system integrations and advanced optimization of multi-system plants.
• Performs other high-level duties as assigned by leadership.
