Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related business or engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on mechanical/electrical experience in relevant industries.
• Proficient electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting; schematics literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide written and verbal repair assistance to customers worldwide by phone, email, web or fax.
• Review dealer requests for equipment issues and determine eligibility for escalation.
• Collaborate with lead factory technical support on complex issues and document activities in systems.
• Create concise technical articles addressing commonly requested information.
• Deliver after-sales support for assigned products and assist with spare parts guidance.
• Coordinate training for staff on current and non-current products within the group.
• Identify TI requirements and author Technical Information Bulletins as needed.
• Assist warranty processing and communicate findings to customers and internal teams.
• Support Field Sales and Field Service training; travel with service teams as required.
