Job summary

EnerSys Advanced Systems, a division of EnerSys, specializes in advanced energy solutions for aerospace, defense, and medical industries. We are seeking an experienced professional to plan, coordinate, and support battery installation activities, investigate customer technical issues, and collaborate with product engineering to drive continuous improvement.

This role requires a minimum of 8 years in the field, a technical bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel up to 25% for training,

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and interpret technical, regulatory documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical calculation abilities (percentages, proportions, geometry, algebra).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for training and customer support.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Confidential security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Install batteries and associated equipment at customer sites.
• Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with batteries and charging systems.
• Coordinate with EnerSys laboratories for battery analysis and defect detection.
• Provide technical support and training on EnerSys products and battery technology.
• Assist sales, service, and engineering teams on special projects as needed.
