Job summary

CDW seeks a Senior Technical Administrative Support to provide advanced administrative, scheduling, and visualization support for MILCON and ICG initiatives within MCICOM. You will bridge technical content with executive communication through high-quality graphics, documentation, data visualization, and integrated program scheduling.

You will develop Integrated Master Schedules, align cross-program timelines, and support future capability planning to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED with 10 years in technical administrative support or related federal/defense environment.
• Proven experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs.
• Advanced scheduling methodologies including CPM, dependency mapping, and schedule integration.
• Strong data visualization and executive presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop visuals, graphics, and presentation materials for MCICOM leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear dashboards, infographics, and executive summaries.
• Serve as SME in IMS development, maintenance, and analysis.
• Lead IMS development across multiple projects ensuring alignment with timelines.
• Provide long-range scheduling and milestone planning support.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Utilize Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Power BI for timelines and dashboards.
• Prepare technical documentation and engineering reports with high quality formatting.
